01What profile are you looking for right now?

We're looking for trilingual operators (Catalan, Spanish and English) for afternoon and night shifts, to reinforce our 24-hour coverage. We also value customer service and technical support profiles.

02Do I need previous experience?

Experience in a contact centre or customer service always adds up, but don't worry if you don't have it: what matters is that you're keen. We train you calmly on our services and each client's protocol. We mainly value your attitude and your languages.

03Which languages do I need?

For the featured profile, Catalan, Spanish and English. For other profiles, we value at least Spanish and Catalan, and any additional language is always a plus.

04What shifts are available?

As it's a 24/7 service, there are different shifts. Right now we're prioritising new joiners for afternoon and night shifts, which are the ones we most need to reinforce.

05Where is the job based?

At our offices in Barcelona, at Berlín 72.
