Pharmacovigilance for Pharmaceutical Industry

A multinational company, leader in biotechnology, has hired the contact center services of TELÉFONO PERMANENTE who shall cooperate in the area of Pharmacovigilance and Quality Control. We are the contact point for attention of incoming calls from patients regarding medicines beyond the company’s usual office hours (on night hours, Sundays, holidays).

Pharmacovigilance is considered to be of utmost importance and interest, since it is essential in order to know the effects of drugs, to watch the frequency of adverse reactions, to identify risks etc. Patients must be given the opportunity of reporting immediately and at any time of the day about the reaction to a drug.
