Since a few years ago Teléfono Permanente is service partner of ISS Facility Services as permanent Inbound Call Center in respect of integrated services in large facilities: We receive notification of technical incidents, provide data entry in the system and handle access permission to restricted areas.
ISS, a global provider of technical services on an international scale, now entrusts Teléfono Permanente with Inbound Call Management for security services. We are the point of contact to receive e-mails and control calls regularly made by the ISS security agents from their working points. Our tasks include inbound call answering and recording as well as follow-up and, in case of incidents or anomalies, taking action according to previously agreed procedures.
